摘　　要：本文以美国***大学中国循证护理培训项目口译为分析对象,选取停顿、回译和错漏译为衡量口译质量的重要指标,分析较长项目口译期内口译质量变化的原因。研究发现随着口译员对主题内容熟悉程度的加深,口译中停顿、回译和错漏译情况会明显改善。该研究结果验证了译前准备的重要性,为提高口译质量的方法选择提供了理论基础。This paper explores the causes of the change of interpretation quality in long-term interpretation projects by analyzing the interpretation project of Evidence-based Practice training program in China held by ＊＊＊ American University in terms of pauses, back-tracking, misinterpretation and miss of interpretation. It is observed that an interpreter＇s interpretation quality could be enhanced significantly when the interpreter become gradually familiar with the subjects. The research verifies the importance of pre-interpreting preparation and provides the theoretical basis for defining the method of interpretation quality improvement.
