摘　　要：以陕西工商职业学院为例,分析物流管理专业人才培养方案、课程体系、校企合作、师资队伍建设、服务社会能力等内容,探索基于工作过程的"12345"型物流人才培养模式,为陕西省物流人才培养贡献力量。In this paper, in the case of Shanxi Business College, we analyzed the solutions, curricular system, school-enterprise cooperation, teaching resources construction, and social service capacity, etc., in the cultivation of the logistics management talents and then explored the working process-based ＂12345＂ cultivation mode for the cultivation of logistics talents.
