摘  要:本文介绍了遗传学实验教学中整合三个果蝇杂交实验的探索。通过选取果蝇的三对相对性状进行实验设计,根据一次杂交组合实验结果分别验证了分离规律、伴性遗传和连锁交换规律三个经典遗传定律。从方案设计、实验操作到结果分析和验证遗传学定律都由学生独立完成。果蝇杂交实验整合一方面精简了实验学时、提高了实验教学效率,另一方面将验证性教学渗透入发现性教学,增加了学生对遗传学实验的兴趣,调动了学生的学习主动性,培养了学生实验设计能力,提高了学生的综合能力。Integration of three Drosophila Hybridization Tests is discussed in the thesis. The design of the experiment is based on selection of three groups of drosophila biological characters, and according to one of these hybridization experiment results, three classical hereditary laws-sex-linkage law, chain exchange law and recessive epitasis law-are respectively verified. In the process of experiment, the scheme design, the operation, result analysis and hereditary law verification are carried out by students independently. As for the experiment, on the one hand, it simplifies teaching period as well as improves teaching efficiency, on the other hand, it penetrates verified teaching into discovery teaching, promotes the students" interests in hereditary experiments, cultivates students" experiment design ability and innovative ability, and improves students" comprehensive analysis and experiment ability.
