摘　　要：项目教学法已经逐步运用到了中职学校的课堂中,是符合学生实际情况、行之有效的教学方法。酒店专业采用项目教学法,以岗位服务为项目,培养学生在各个项目中的技能。通过合理实施项目计划,完成项目教学,对完成情况进行及时的总结与评价,能切实提高酒店专业学生的综合能力,体验创新的艰辛与乐趣。在对项目教学法进行介绍的基础上,对项目教学法在《前厅服务与管理》课程实践教学中的实施应用做了详尽的描述。Project teaching method is applied to the secondary vocational school classroom teaching, which confirms to the students’ reality and is an effective teaching method. Project teaching method is used in the hospitality major with position service as the project to train the students ’ skills in each project. Through the method of reasonable implementation of the project plan and accomplish the project teaching, the comprehensive ability of the students of the hotel major can be effectively improved and the hardships and pleasure of innovation can be experienced. On the base of introduction to the project teaching method, the application of the project teaching method in the practical teaching of the course of front office service and management are discussed in details.
