摘　　要：高职院校重在培育高技能的人才,而高技能的人才需高素质的教师,成为具备高素质、高水平的"双师型"教师是时代赋予高职院校教师的神圣使命,是高素质技能人才输出的重要保障。本文通过问卷调查广东省高职院校"双师"队伍建设的现状,分析其存在的问题及提出相关的发展策略。The focus of higher vocational colleges is cultivating high-skilled talents which needs high-quality teachers. ＂Dual-qualification＂ teachers, with high quality and high level, which are the basic requirements to higher vocational college teachers in this era, are the important guarantee of cultivating high-quality technical talents. Through the questionnaire investigation of the current situation of ＂dualualification＂ teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges of Guangdong, this paper analyzes its existing problems and puts forward related development strategies.
