关于我国研究生教育中英语教育的历史沿革及对未来发展的思考

摘　　要：研究生教育是我国社会教育的最高层次,保证研究生教育的质量对于我国社会教育乃至国家的整体发展都有着至关重要的意义。文献研究表明旧中国和新中国成立后我国研究生教育以及研究生教育阶段英语教育都经历了一个起伏波折的发展过程。文章指出研究生教育中英语教育的"定位"很重要,教育过程中受教育者专业教育和素质教育的"契合"程度决定了教育的成败,而只有与专业教育和素质教育有机结合,英语教育的功能才能得到实现。Postgraduate-level Education is the highest level of social education in China. To ensure the quality of postgraduate education is highly significant for China’s social education and overall development. Literature review reveals that the development of postgraduate education and postgraduate-level English education twisted a lot in both Old China and the early years of New China. It is pointed out in the paper that the“positioning”of English education in Postgraduate-level Education is of crucial importance and it is decisive for a successful education to well combine students’specialty education and quality-oriented education. Only through such combination can the function of English education be fulfilled.
