高职旅游专业学生就业SWOT分析——以晋城职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：通过对晋城职业技术学院旅游专业学生就业状况和就业优势(S)、劣势(W)、机会(O)、威胁(T)等的分析,建议高职院校采取把好招生入口、加强职业规划与指导、使学生提前体验职业角色以及邀请优秀毕业生现身说法等措施,以促进旅游专业学生顺利成功就业,进而增强其职业成就感和人生幸福感。Based on the analysis of students employment situation and employment advantage （S）, weak- ness （W）, opportunity （O）, threat （T） in tourism specialty in Jincheng Institute of Technology, the paper pro- vides suggestions for higher vocational college entrance enrollment as follows. Career planning and guidance should be strengthen; students can experience the occupation in advance and the outstanding graduates may be invited to talk about their own experience in order to promote the students successful employment of tourism specialty and enhance their occupation accomplishment and happiness sense of life.
