高职语言应用类专业岗位群综合职业能力内涵及其评估指标研究

摘　　要：本文总结了国内外与职业相关的能力的概念和内涵,对高职阶段语言应用类专业岗位对能力的需求进行了调查,在此基础上,提出了其岗位群综合职业能力内涵应包含的3个方面和两个层面,解析了综合职业能力的各级指标,并依据调查研究结果和特尔斐法,提出了职业能力指标的权重,以期对相关研究有一定的参考价值。The paper summarizes the concepts and connotations of the competence related to the employ-ability and investigates the competence demand of the professional posts of the language application majors in higher vocational colleges. It further puts forward that the comprehensive professional competence of the post group shouht be defined from three aspects and at two levels. The paper analyzes the indexes of the eomprehen-sive professional competence at all levels, and based on the results of the investigation and the Delphi method,it presents the index weight of the professional competence, hoping to have certain reference value for the relat-ed research.
