非生源地高职学生学校融合现状调查研究——以上海农林职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：本文以非生源地学生为研究对象,研究其学校融合度,通过分析当前高职院校学生在校融合度现状,得出非上海生源地学生在学习成绩、同学关系、学校管理和校园文化等方面融合度均不高,并找出影响学生学校融合度的因素,以期为提高高职院校学生学校融合度提供参考。The paper analyzes the current situation of higher vocational non-local students integration de- gree on course scores, relationships with classmates, school management and campus culture. The research re- sult shows that the non-local students fail to integrate themselves. Factors that affect the non-local students in- tegration degree have been found out to provide a reference for higher vocational non-local students integration degree.
