摘 要:以暴马丁香(Syringa reticulata var.mandshurica)花为试验材料,采用顶空固相微萃取法对其挥发油进行提取,通过GC-MS联用技术对其不同花期的花朵挥发性成分进行分析鉴定,利用峰面积归一化法计算各化合物的相对质量分数。结果表明,暴马丁香花蕾期、盛花期、衰花期花朵中分别分离得到18、27、7个色谱峰,不同时期共鉴定出44种化合物。芳香成分花蕾期α-蒎烯质量分数最高,为24.839%;盛花期cis-β罗勒烯质量分数最高,为15.824%;衰花期苯乙醇质量分数最高,为66.013%。HS-SPME GC-MS是一种可用于分析不同开花期鲜花香气成分变化的简单可行的分析方法。An experiment was conducted to study volatile oils extracted from the flowers of Syringa reticulata vat. man^hurica by headspace solid-phase microextraetion (SPME). Chemical constituents were identified by GC-MS. The area normalization method was used for compound quantification. There were 18,27,7 chromatographic peaks separated well in the respective GC total ion current chromatograms of oils in different flowering periods of S. reticulata vat. mandshurica, and 44 com- pounds were identified. The major aromas constituent was Copaene and the relative content was 24.839% in the bud peri- od, 1,3,6-Octatriene, 3,7-dimethyl-, (Z)- 15.824% in the full-blossom period, Phenylethyl Alcohol 66.013% in the end period from S. reticulata var. mandshurica flowers. Headspace SPME-GC-MS is a simple sampling method for measuring the variations of main constituents in volatile fragrance from fresh flowers during different florescence.
