摘  要:多年来,我国高职院校的校企合作实践没有取得实质性突破,根本原因是未能抓住校企合作的最本质问题――利益。本文从利益驱动视角对高职校企合作的需求关系和利益关系进行分析,探究高职学校与企业合作共赢的条件,找出高职院校在校企合作的实践过程中难以深入、持久地开展的深层次原因,进而寻求相应对策。The practice of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges has no substantive breakthrough up to now. Its root cause is the failure to grasp the interests that is the nature of school-enterprise cooperation issues. Successful school-enterprise cooperation is a satisfaction of shortage between one another. The premise of cooperation is mutual needs of schools and enterprises. This paper analyses the relationship of demand and the relationship of interest between vocational school and enterprise on the interest-driven perspective. Furthermore, this paper explores the conditions of win-win cooperation and the causes that the cooperation is difticult to deep. This paper supplies appropriate countermeasures at last.
