摘　　要：从分析资助育人的重要性出发,结合高职院校和高职学生的特殊性,分析资助工作中育人环节的现状和存在的问题,提出了高职院校资助育人工作的相应教育对策。With the continued improvement of subsidization system for students from poor families,our state increased support for subsidizing needy students, and had helped more and more students to complete their studies successfully. As the organic composition part of subsidizeing work in weak and lacks of education.This article started with significance of subsidization higher vocational colleges, it still education, combined with higher vocational colleges and students＇ particularities, analyzed the current subsidizing situation and effectiveness of education during the subsidizing work, and suggested countermeasures to solve these problems.
