摘　　要：团队为基础的学习(TBL)是一种以团队协作为基础,提倡学生自主学习,着重提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,以将学生培养成终身学习者为目标的新型教学模式。本文利用中文版批判性思维能力测量表调查研究TBL模式下进行课堂教学在大专医学生批判性思维能力培养中的作用。研究表明,TBL能够明显增加学生的课堂参与度,同时有助于医学生批判性思维能力的培养。Team-based leaning（ TBL） was a new education model which was based on team coorl^ration, advocated students autonomous learning, and focused on improving students＇ ability to analyze and solve problems. The aim is to culture students to become long- life learners. Chinese version of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory was adopted to research the effect of classroom teaching in TBL model in training critical thinking ability of medical college students. The results suggested that TBL could increase students＇ participation and contribute to the training of critical thinking ability of medical students.
