摘  要:加强山西省新升本科院校师范生教师职业道德教育研究,对于提升师范生的教师职业道德具有重要的理论与实践意义。当前,山西省新升本科院校有关教师培养的课程设置不合理,教师职业道德教育形式单一化,教师职业道德教育效果不明显。山西省新升本科院校应调整和设置师范生教育的课程结构比例,丰富师范生教师职业道德教育的课外活动,形成师范生教师职业道德的考核评价、奖惩和监督机制,并鼓励和引导师范生提高自身的综合素质,进而提高师范生的教师职业道德。It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the professional ethics of normal students to strengthen the professional moral education of normal students of new four-year normal universities in Shanxi province. Currently, the coupe set-up is not reasonable concerning teacher training in the new four-year normal colleges, teachers' professional moral education is single in form and the benefits are not so obvious in the teachers' professional moral educa- tion. To improve the professional ethics of normal students, it is necessary to adjust and set the proportion of course struc- ture, enrich the extra-curricular activities, form the mechanism of examination and evaluation, rewards and punishment as well as supervision, and encourage and guide normal students to improve their own comprehensive quality.
