摘　　要：高职院校的班级管理工作问题多、难度大,需要根据学校特色和学生特点来进行引导,需要辅导员赋予学生更多的热情和爱心,也需要学校给予更多的关心和支持。The class management of vocational colleges, more dififcult, according to the characteristics of the school and the students＆#39; characteristics to guide, counselors should give students more passion and love, but also to the school to give more care and support.
