西部地区民族职业教育发展着力点:民族文化

摘　　要：民族文化是一个民族重要特征,是一个民族的根基和灵魂,也是一个民族凝聚力、生命力、创造力的源泉,西部地区的职业教育必须以民族文化为依托。西部地区民族职业教育发展与民族文化有其特定的内在联系:西部地区民族职业教育从民族文化中汲取养分,拓宽思路,民族文化的传承也有赖于职业教育的发展;西部地区民族职业教育的发展存在对职业教育认识不够、与西部产业缺乏有效适应性、为当地经济文化服务不够等三方面的问题,对发展民族职业教育提出了去芜存菁、促进文化与产业对接、落实政策法规等三点建议。National culture is an important characteristic, is the foundation and the soul, and is also a source of national cohesion, vitality as well as creativity, so the vocational education of the western region must be based on the national culture. National vocational education development in western China and national culture has its certain internal relations： the western region national vocational education absorbs nutrients from the national culture , broadening the thoughts, and the inheritance of national culture also depends on the development of vocational education; There existing three aspects of problems in the national vocational education development in the western region are lacking enough knowledge of vocational education, lacking effective adaptability to western industry, and serving insufficiently the local economic and culture. This paper is putting forward three suggestions for the development of national vocational education： getting rid of the bad and keep the good, promoting of cultural and industrial even joint, and implementing the policies.
