从人为合作到自然合作:开放大学教师合作文化的理性建构

摘　　要：从开放大学诞生的历史渊源看,教师合作文化是开放大学教师文化的核心旨要。现行开放大学教师之间的合作文化,基本上是一种人为合作文化,它制约了教师专业的深度发展,影响了学校文化的再生。一流开放大学的建立,呼唤教师合作文化的转型,需要教师合作文化由现行强制的、自上而下的人为合作文化走向未来自发的、自下而上的自然合作文化。而实现这一文化转型,需要激起共享合作的共同愿景、搭建协商对话的合作平台、创建民主合作的制度文化、倡导扁平开放的管理方式。From the historical view of university, the teacher＇s cooperative culture is the core of the teachers＇ culture in university. It＇s a contrived collegiality which restricts the teachers＇ professional development and the rebirth of school culture. In order to construet the first class open universities, the transformation of teachers＇ cooperative culture is needed. It＇s necessary that the teachers＇ cooperative culture transit from the mandatory, top-down contrived collegiality to the spontaneous, bottom-up natural cooperation. To real- ize the transformation, we need to share the vision of cooperation, build a cooperative platform, create the institutional culture of democracy and advocated a ＂flat＂ way of management.
