摘　　要："3+1"人才培养模式作为应用型本科院校产学合作的典型模式之一,是提高应用型本科院校教育质量和办学水平,培养出满足社会需要的应用型专业人才的有效途径。从校企合作人才培养方案及校企合作模式两方面,对应用型本科院校"3+1"应用型人才培养模式进行有益探索。As one of the typical mode of production and learning cooperation mode of applied undergraduate college ＂3＋1＂ education, is the effective way to improve the application type undergraduate colleges and universities education quality, develops it to meet the social needs of the professional talents. From the two aspects of personnel training mode of cooperation between school and enterprise solutions and application type undergraduate colleges, on the ＂3＋1＂ application type talents training mode has carried on the beneficial exploration.
