摘  要:通过MSF-HGMS-活性炭耦合技术,研究了一种甘蔗混合汁绿色澄清方法。通过正交试验,分析了活性炭添加量、反应时间和反应温度对澄清糖汁的影响。结果表明,活性炭添加量是最为显著的影响因素。较好的澄清试验条件为:活性炭添加量0.4%对汁比,反应时间45 min,反应温度为65℃。为混合汁绿色澄清技术的进一步研究提供了基本依据。The method of green clarify the cane mixed juice was studied by means of the coupling technology of MSF-HGMSactivated carbon.Throughout the orthogonal experiment,analyze the clarification effect of activated carbon dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature on the cane juice.The results showed that the activated carbon dosage was the most prominent influence factors.Clarify the better experimental condition of activated carbon addition 0.4%for juice,reaction time 45 min,the reaction temperature65 ℃.It provides the basic for the further study of the mixed juice by green clarification technology.
