摘 要:目的:探讨军医大学生感知学习风格对学习动机、学习成绩等的影响,为开展教学工作提供依据。方法:应用VARK 7.0版本,调查某军医大学所有在校学员的学习风格。结果:1VARK学习风格倾向重数与学习动机强度之间关系无统计学意义(F=0.600,P=0.615);与学习成绩之间关系有统计学意义(F=3.890,P=0.009),三重倾向学习风格学员的学习成绩(2.77±0.770)高于四重倾向者(2.56±0.865);2VARK学习风格强度与学习动机强弱、学习成绩之间均无统计学意义(F=0.564,0.905;P>0.05);3学习风格中VARK分布与学习成绩之间关系无统计学意义(F=1.866,P=0.114);与学习动机强度之间关系有统计学意义(F=4.155,P=0.002),属于"R"学习风格的学员(2.08±0.656)学习动机高于"K"者(1.88±0.567)。结论:三重学习风格的学员最有利于学习成绩的提高;属于阅读/写作学习风格的学员的学习动机高于属于运动知觉型的学员;在教学中要尊重学员的学习风格,因势利导,有效提高其学习质量。Objective: To discuss the influence of perceptual learning style of Military Medical University Undergraduates on learning motivation / achievements to put basis for teaching job. Methods: Using the Visual,Aural,Read / Write,Kinesthetic questionnaire,we surveyed all undergraduates on campus of a military medical university. Results: 1There were no statistical significances( F = 0. 600,P = 0. 615) between the quantity of perceptual learning style orientation and intensities of learning motivation of the undergraduates,while the relationships between the quantity of orientation and achievements was on the contrary( F = 3. 890,P = 0. 009),and those with triple learning orientation had better achievements( 2. 77 ±0. 770) than those with quadruple ones( 2. 56 ± 0. 895). 2There were no statistical significances between intensities of perceptual learning style and learning motivation / achievements( F = 0. 564,0. 905; P =0. 639,0. 438). 3There were no statistical significances( F = 1. 866,P = 0. 114) between VARK distributions of perceptual learning style and achievements,while the relationships between VARK distributions and learning motivation was on the contrary( F = 4. 155,P = 0. 002),and those belong to R had higher motivations( 2. 08 ± 0. 659) than those belong to K( 1. 88 ± 0. 567). Conclusion: Triple learning style orientation is most beneficial to achievements. Those with Read / Write learning style have higher motivations than those with Kinesthetic. The learning styles of the undergraduates should be respected and exploited to advance the quality of study in teaching.
