摘　　要：脊柱外科临床教学是医学院校临床教学工作的重点和难点。本文从当前临床教学模式的背景出发,并结合脊柱外科自身的特点,认为选用合适的教学模式以及改革方向,对有效地提高脊柱外科临床教学质量至关重要。Spinal surgery clinical teaching is the emphasis and difficult points of clinical teaching profession in medical college. This pa- per departed on the background of clinical teaching model at present, combined the characteristics of spinal surgery. So we considered that the suitable clinical teaching model and reform orientation were important for improving the spinal surgery clinical teaching quality.
