摘  要:在教育中重视文化价值已经形成共识,当前的教育改革也充分体现不同民族的文化特点。在多元文化的背景下,多元文化教育逐渐得到重视,这要求人们能超越对教育的一元化与确定性的认识,关注各族群之间的文化多样性,注重教育的文化相关性。多元文化教育的观点能帮助人们思考在我国的民族教育中合理有效地处理好文化多样性的问题:挖掘少数民族课程资源,正视多元文化;传承发扬少数民族语言,开展双语教学;合理评价少数民族学生,促进教育公平。It has now reached the common sense that cultural value should attain importance in education. As a result, ethnic and cultural characteristics are fully reflected in current educational reform. Much attention has been paid to multicultural education in multicultural background, it requires focus on cultural diversity as well as the cultural dependency of education in different nation and culture beyond the understanding of the unity and certainty of education. The viewpoint of multicultural education can help how to reasonably and effectively solve the problem of cultural diversity in ethnic education in China: excavate ethnic curriculum resources and envisage multi-culture; inherit and carry forward ethnic language and implement bilingual teaching;, reasonably evaluate ethnic students and promote educational equality.
