摘　　要：新生研讨课是大学本科教学领域的一种新型的课程和教学模式,也是解决大学新生适应专业及兴趣的一种途径。该文主要从课程设置背景、课程内容设计、课程教学的开展、课程教学效果4个方面阐述本科新生研讨课《食品的安全鉴别与食用》的设计与实施。实施结果表明,关于《食品的安全鉴别与食用》的新生研讨课取得了很好的效果,对新生具有很大的帮助。Seminars for freshmen is a new curriculum and teaching model teaching in undergraduate teaching areas. It is also a way to solve the professional and interesting of college freshmen. This article explains the design and implementation of ＂Food security identification and consumption＂ of Seminars for undergraduate freshmen from four aspects of the curriculum background, curriculum content design, carrying out the teaching,curriculum teaching effect.The results show that it achieved good results on ＇Food security identification and consumption＇ of the freshman seminar,and it has great help to undergraduate freshmen.
