摘 要:目的研究微波加热条件下塑料食品包装中9种内分泌干扰物的迁移规律及影响迁移的因素。方法利用气相色谱-质谱联用分析经微波处理和超声萃取后的塑料样品。结果 DEA和BHA在塑料样品中的初始浓度很低,其余7种内分泌干扰物均发生迁移。对比迁移前后的扫描电镜图片发现迁移后的塑料表面会溶胀发白。迁移单元在降温过程中,初期迁移率快速增大,随着时间的延长,迁移率的增幅减小,最后达到迁移平衡。结论内分泌干扰物的迁移率随着微波功率和微波时间的增大而增加,加热初期迁移率增加比较慢,后期迁移率增速比较大。This paper analyzed the migration regularity and influencing factors of nine kinds of endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) under microwave heating. The plastic samples, treated by microwave and ultrasonic extraction, were analyzed by GC-MS . The initial concentrations of DEA and BHA in plastic samples were low and the other 7 kinds of endocrine disrupting chemicals all migrated. Comparison of SEM photographs before and after migration showed that the surface of migrated plastics became swelling and whity. In the process of cooling, the migration rate increased rapidly at the beginning, but then the amplification of migration rate decreased over time. In the end, the migration reached equilibrium. The migration rates of endocrine disrupting chemicals were increased with the increase of microwave power and action time. The migration rates increased slowly at first, then rapidly in later period.
