基于校企对话的普适性技术型人才培养标准探析

摘　　要：普适性技术型人才培养标准是校企对话的基础,可以为职业院校人才培养提供指导和依据,职业教育发达国家都在国家层面建立了统一的技术型人才认证标准,我国尚未出台标准。基于国际比较研究和企业实际调研,本文构建了普适性技术型人才培养标准框架,即基于完整工作过程的知识与技能、个人能力和职业能力及态度、团队工作和交流以及企业情境下的实施运行过程等四个方面的普适性技术型人才培养标准。Universal standard for talents competence is the base of the school-enterprise dialogue. It can provide guidance and basis for vocational colleges and universities to train talents. The countries with highly developed vocational education have already established standard as a whole. However, China has not yet issued similar standard. This article puts forward its own views on the framework and specific content of universal standard for the talents＇ competence based on the comparative research and practical investigation.
