基于微视频库的师范技能实训平台设计与实现

摘　　要：师范技能实训的主要方式是微格教学,而微格教学中的视频案例是师范技能实训的重要教学资源。在分析微格教学现状的基础上,设计了基于微视频库的师范技能实训平台体系架构,依据师范技能要求提出将视频案例分为优质库与病例库两大类,每一类又按二级指标进行分类和管理,并分析了运用平台可开展的教学模式。该平台为师范生提供了师范技能相关学习资源,为专项实训提供了便利。The main way of normal skill training is the micro-teaching, and video cases in the micro-teaching are important teaching resources of normal skill training. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the micro-teaching, we design an architecture of normal skills training platform based on micro-video library, then according to normal skill evaluation criterion, we divide video cases into high-quality library and case library two categories, each category is classified and managed in terms of second-class indexes, and analyze deployable teaching modes by using the platform. It provides students with normal skills learning resources in detail, and facilitates the special training.
