摘　　要：为了调动教师的教学积极性,提高教学质量,针对有机化学课程特点,从挂牌上课的目的意义、实施过程和收获3方面进行阐述,总结挂牌上课的效果,得出此教学改革模式可行的结论。In order to encourage the enthusiasm of teachers and promote the quality of teaching, the teaching of public elementary course-organic chemistry has been reformed in our university. In consideration of the characteristic of organic chemistry, students can choose his or her favorite teacher freely from dozens of teachers. That is teaching with shingle. In this paper, the purpose, progress and gains of this reform has been studied, all of which has proved the practicability of this teaching reform.
