HPLC-ICP-MS联用技术测定深圳市售果汁中无机砷含量

摘　　要：2013年7月12日美国食品和药物管理局(FDA)发布公告,拟制订美国市售果汁中无机砷含量标准(即无机砷含量≤10 g/L),与饮用水标准相同。为探究深圳市售苹果汁及其他果汁中无机砷含量情况,采用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术测定部分市售果汁中无机砷含量。结果表明,样品中无机砷含量均符合美国食药局拟制订的标准,加标回收试验、精密度试验结果在合理范围内,测定结果真实可靠。On July 12th, 2013, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration （FDA） issued a public notice that the United States intends to develop a commercially available inorganic arsenic standards in apple juice. Its content shall not exceed 10 g/L, the same as with drinking water standards. In order to investigate the content of inorganic arsenic in apple and other juice sold in Shenzhen, HPLC-ICP-MS is adopted to measure. The results show that all the content of inorganic arsenic meets the standards set by FDA. Experiment of recovery and repeatability show favorable and precision, the results of experiment are credibly.
