摘　　要：结合2014年和2015年的斯隆报告,以"等级改变"为关键词,勾勒2013-2014年美国网络高等教育发展的显著特征:将网络高等教育纳入其长期发展战略规划的高校比例上升,网络学生注册人数年增长率下降且保留率下滑,MOOC的普及及其作用尚不明朗,网络高等教育纪律约束不足,网络教学效果下滑。According to the Sloan Consortium Reports in 2014 and 2015, this study draws the distinguishing feature of American online higher education development in 2013-2014 on the basis of the keyword ＂grade change＂. The feature manifests in the aspects that the rate of colleges and universities whose long-term development strategy contains online higher education has increased, the annual growth rate of online students＇ enrollment and the retention rate has decreased, the popularity of MOOC and its role were ambiguous, the discipline in online higher education was under constrained, the effect of teaching became less effective.
