摘　　要：大力发展现代服务业是推动我国经济转型的战略选择,而培养现代服务业人才是实现这一战略的关键。作为承担现代服务业人才培养使命的主体,高职院校当前存在培养目标定位不清晰、课程设置脱离市场、师资力量薄弱、评价机制单一等诸多弊端。积极探索现代服务业人才培养策略,对发展现代服务业和推进我国经济转型有着重要意义。Developing modem service industry vigorously is the strategic choice for China＇s economic transconformation. Training modem service industry personnel is the key to reach the goal. As an important part which undertakes the mission of cultivating modem service industry personnel, there are many problems existed in the following aspects： vague training target, curriculum out of the market, weak teachers resources, a single evaluation mechanism. Actively explore the modem service industry personnel training strategy is of great significance to develop modem service industry and promote China＇s economic transformation.
