摘 要:为检测酰化茶多酚的安全性,按照GB 15193.13-2003要求进行大鼠30天喂养试验了解其短期毒性作用。试验选用成熟健康的清洁级SD大鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量组及对照组,每组雌雄各10只,连续喂养30天后对大鼠各项指标进行检测观察。结果表明,对照组及各剂量组大鼠的生长发育良好、无死亡,未观察到任何异常;体重增长、食物利用率、血常规、血生化等指标及脏体比均在正常范围内,无显著性差异(P>0.05);高剂量组大鼠肝、肾、脾、睾丸、卵巢未见病理改变。试验结果显示在本实验条件下,酰化茶多酚对大鼠30天喂养无短期毒副作用。To evaluate the toxicological safety of acylated tea polyphenols, the thirty-day feeding test according to the GB 15193.13-2003 was carried out to observe the effect over rats. Mature and healthy SD rats of clean grade were randomly divided into the control group, low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose groups, each with 10 male rats and 10 female rats. We observed the indicators of all rats through thirty-day feeding test. Result showed that the rats of control group and each dose group were well, without death and abnormal clinical sign. The body weight, food intake, food utilization rate, hematology parameters, clinical chemistry values and organ/body weigh ratios had no significant differences (P〉0.05) between the control group and the treatment group. Furthermore, the liver, kidney, stomach, intestines, spleen, testicle and ovary of high-group rats were no pathological changes. The results from this study showed that acylated tea polyphenols had no evident toxic effect on rats.
