时间个性差异对知识团队任务冲突及创新的影响机制研究

摘　　要：以知识团队为研究对象,考察了时间个性差异对任务冲突及团队创新的影响机制。研究结果表明:时间认知特征差异能够促进任务冲突及团队创新,而时间情感特征差异则对任务冲突及团队创新具有消极作用;任务冲突能够促进团队创新程度,但对创新速度存在负面影响;任务冲突在时间认知特征差异与团队创新间发挥中介作用。This paper investigates the mechanism of time personality diversity affect task conflict and team innovation. The results show that temporal cognitive characteristic diversity can promote task conflict and team innovation, while temporal emotional characteristic diversity has a negative impact on these two variables; Task conflict can promote innovation degree, but has a negative impact on innovation speed; Task conflict plays an role of mediation between temporal cognitive characteristic diversity and team innovation.
