摘 要:[目的]探讨情景模拟教学法在内科护理教学中实践创新的应用效果。[方法]以101名本科护理学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组50名,对照组51名,分别采用情景模拟法和病例讨论法实施实验教学。采用自设问卷调查两组学生对各自教学方法的效果评价;记录两组学生的理论考试成绩评价教学效果。[结果]在提高分析问题能力、培养创造性思维能力、提高沟通能力3个项目上,实验组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);理论考试成绩实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]情景模拟教学法能有效培养学生的临床思维能力和提高学生的沟通能力,有助于提高内科护理学的教学效果。Objective: To probe into the application effect of scene simulation teaching method in practice and in- novation of medical nursing. Methods: A total of 101 undergraduate nursing students were taken as the study objects. They were randomly divided into experimental group with 50 cases and control group with 51 cases. They respectively received the scene simulation and case discussion method for implementation of experimental teaching. The self - designed questionnaire was used for survey of the evaluation of the students in both groups on their own teaching methods;the theory test scores of students were recorded to evaluate the teaching effect in both groups. Results: Among all the items that evaluated, the observation group were higher than that in control group in improving the ability of analyzing problems, cultivating of creative thinking ability and improving com- munication skills (P〈0.05) ;The theory examination scores in observation group were higher than that in con- trol group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Scene simulation teaching method can effectively cultivate the students'clini- cal thinking ability and improve students' ability of communication, and it is helpful to improve the teaching effect of medicine nursing.
