摘 要:修订员工敬业度量表,可以发现"80后"知识型员工的敬业度以及人口统计学变量、工作相关变量对其的影响作用。用改编的"员工敬业度问卷"对378名被试进行施测,结果显示:改编"员工敬业度问卷"具有较好的结构效度,符合四个维度的理论构想,内部一致性信度较高,α系数在0.709-0.879之间。性别、婚姻、文化程度、来源地、月薪以及工作职务等变量都对员工的敬业度存在一定影响。This paper tries to investigate the employee engagement index (EEI) of post-80's knowledge worker, and theaffecting factors in demography and employment variables. The research has asked randomly 378 participants to complete theself-organized employee engagement questionnaire. The result shows that employee engagement questionnaire has good validity and itsstructure is consistent with the theory composed of four factors. And it also has good reliability as it meets Cronbach’s alpha between0.709-0.879. In the meanwhile, factors such as sex, marriage, educational background, birthplace, salary and position have someeffects on the employee engagement index.
