摘  要:随着经济和社会的发展,人才培养方式和教学手段的变革的呼声日益剧增。比如多媒体技术的运用、课堂教学方式方法的变革,将会给课堂教学带来新的生机和活力。笔者就是在研究90年代西华师大承担的省教育厅中小学重点课题"目标导学"理论及研究成果的基础之上,把该理论运用到我校体育教育专业田径普修课程"挺身式跳远"教学实践中去。通过对比试验研究,"目标导学法"移植到体育教学领域,改变传统教学中以教师为主体,学生被动接受,盲目模仿的局面。有效地调动学生学习的积极性,学习目标明确,三维目标的达成效果良好。在期末的技评和达标考试中,实验组的成绩明显优于对照组。大幅度提高了教学质量,受到了学生的欢迎。With the development of economy and society, the demand for the reform of talent training mode and teaching methods is increasing. For example, the use of multimedia technology and the change of teaching methods will bring new vigor and vitality to classroom teaching. Based on the provincial education department sponsored research of small and medium--sized key project "target guidance" theory which was conducted by Xihua Normal University in 90's, the author has applied "target guidance" theory to the teaching of track and field course " Long Jump by Straightening One's Back" for sports education majors in the current school. According to the comparative study, the transplantation of "target teaching method" into the sports teaching has changed the traditional teaching situations in which teachers occupy the classroom and students accept passively and imitate blindly. It motivates the students'learning, makes students have clear learning objectives, and also makes the three--dimensional targets be reached. In the final skill tests and standard examinations, scores of the experimental group was higher than that in control group and the teaching quality was greatly improved, which is welcomed by the students.
