摘  要:目的 介绍数字化印模技术的功能和特点,探索瓷睿刻蓝光照相数字化印模技术在牙体窝洞制备实验课教学中的应用效果.方法 选择湖北医药学院2012级口腔医学专业120名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60名学生.实验组由教师采用瓷睿刻蓝光照相数字化印模系统进行教学(以下简称新教学方法),对照组由教师采用头戴式放大镜观察指导方法进行教学(传统教学方法).课后就新教学方法对实验组学生进行问卷调查,并对两组学生的牙体窝洞制备体数字化印模混合随机编号后,由不参加此次研究的3位高年资医师进行评分.将收集到的数据用SPSS 18.0进行统计分析.结果 实验组学生牙体窝洞制备体得分高于对照组学生,并且实验组学生对新教学方法的评价较好.结论 与传统教学方法相比,瓷睿刻蓝光照相数字化印模系统辅助教学能够使学生更好地掌握牙体牙髓病学牙体窝洞制备基本操作技能.Objective To introduces the functions and characteristics of the chairside economical restoration of esthetic ceramics(CEREC) Biuecam digital impressions,and to study its application in experimental teaching of cavity preparation.Methods One hundred and twenty students were divided into experiment group and control group,every group has sixty students.The experiment group was taught by CEREC Bluecam digital impressions system (new teaching method) and the control group was taught by teacher direction with magnifying glass (traditional teaching method) in experimental teaching of cavity preparation.The questionnaire survey and the grades for the student' s works were made.The data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0.Results Compared with control group,the students in experiment group had better grades and gave good evaluation in the new teaching method.Conclusions The CEREC Bluecam digital impressions teaching model is a better method for medical students to master the operation of tooth cavity preparation and strengthen the adaptive faculty of mentality than traditional teaching method.
