摘　　要：女性董事已经成为我国资本市场上市公司中普遍存在的现象。本文以中国2001至2010年间的A股上市公司为样本,实证分析了女性董事对于经营多元化行为的影响。研究发现:(1)女性董事显著降低了企业的经营多元化;(2)当将女性董事区分为女性独立董事和女性非独立董事两种类型后,发现主要是女性非独立董事降低了经营多元化;(3)进一步的测试结果揭示,女性关键职位董事(包括董事长和总经理)降低经营多元化的程度最大。本文丰富了女性董事的经济后果研究,有助于深入理解公司内部不同类型和层级董事之间的差异。Female directors of listed companies have become a common phenomenon in China＇ s capital market. Using A-share listed companies from 2001 to 2010 as sample, this paper analyzes the influence of female directors on diversification of operation empirically. The results show that： （1） female directors significantly decrease the extent of diversification; （2） primarily female executive directors reduce diversification after dividing female directors into independent and executive types; （3） further tests reveal that female key direc- tors including chairperson of the board and CEOs reduce diversification most. This paper enriches the study on economic consequence of female directors and helps us to learn about the variance among directors at different levels.
