面向工程教育的机械类学生培养模式探讨

摘　　要：工程教育逐渐成为现代高等教育的主题之一,是将知识、素质、能力和创新融为一体的综合性教学平台。本文结合上海工程技术大学机械工程学院特色,从教学团队建设、产学合作教育及大学生创新训练培训体系等三个方面探讨了面向工程教育的机械类学生的培养模式,对影响人才培养的关键因素实施多视角管理与调控。Engineering education has gradually become one of the themes of modern higher education, which is a comprehensive teaching platform that makes knowledge, quality, ability and innovation integrate together. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of Shanghai University of Engineering Science of Mechanical Engineering, the training mode of education for engineering education oriented mechanical students, that from the teaching team construction, co- operative education and College Students innovative training system these three aspects ae discussed. Those can imple- ment multi-view management and regulation on the key factors influencing talent training.
