摘  要:阐述了助教的概念及国内外研究生助教制度的起源与发展,在2014级医学物理实验教学中,把医学检验班作为实验班采用学生助教分组实验教学,与采用传统实验教学的药学班相比较。统计分析结果显示实验班理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、实验报告得分均优于对照班,结合问卷调查对大学基础实验教学中学生助教的作用和意义做了初步探讨。We described the concept of teaching assistants and the origin and development of graduate teaching assistant institution at home and abroad. In grade 2014 medical physics experiment teaching, the class of medical laboratory science was chosen as the experimental class using the teaching assistants grouping experiment teaching, compared with the class of pharmacy specialty using traditional teaching method. Statistical results have shown that the theory examination scores, skills assessment scores, experiment report scores of experimental class were better than those of the control class. Based on the statistical results and questionnaire survey, the role and significance of teaching assistants in university foundation experiment teaching were discussed.
