摘　　要：介绍新疆烤馕装置的研究现状,对比新疆现有烤馕装置的特点,分析不同装置存在的问题,从高效、节能、环保方面考虑,提出提高烤馕设备自动化和智能化的建议。为新疆烤馕装置的设计研究提供有价值的参考依据。This paper introduces the research status of roasting Nang device of Xinjiang, it compared the features of present devices for roasting Nang, analyzed the problems existing in different devices, raised the suggestions of stepping to automation and intelligence for the device. It provided a valuable reference for the design and the research of roasting Nang device.
