关联顺应翻译模式之构想

摘　　要：在关联-顺应模式、顺应性翻译模式和文化关联顺应翻译模式的基础上提出关联顺应翻译模式,并加以阐述。强调关联顺应模式不是关联理论和顺应论的简单集合,而是两大理论在翻译领域的优势互补。关联顺应翻译模式结合关联和顺应的概念,用关联弥补顺应论中对意义生成和话语理解的解释性不足,用语境的选择顺应来描述翻译中的表达过程,并且增加对翻译策略和方法的应用,以协调顺应机制,使译者的理解和表达更加准确到位。Based on the relevance theory and the adaptation theory, using for reference the relevance-ad- aptation model in communication, adaptation translation model and the relevance-adaptation translation model in culture, it attempted to apply the relevance-adaptation model to translation in this paper. It em- phasized that the relevance-adaptation translation model is not the simple combination of the relevance theory and the adaptation theory, but the complementarities of the two theories in translation. The new model adopts the concepts of relevance and adaptation and uses relevance to make up for what the adapta- tion theory falls short of in terms of meaning generation and discourse understanding. It gives a description of the expression in translation with the concept of context in the paper, and includes the application of strategies and methods of translation, which helps to coordinate the function of adaptation and contributes to translators＇ accurate understanding and expression.
