摘　　要：对亚麻籽油中所含α-亚麻酸含量进行了HPLC法测定研究。样品先甲酯化后在ODS-C18柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,检测波长207 nm,进样量10μL,甲醇∶水=90∶10,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃的HPLC法条件下测定。采用外标法定量分析,α-亚麻酸含量在0.1~62.5μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,回收率为92.74%~100.03%,相对标准偏差为1.11%~3.58%,满足相关测定要求。The high performance liquid chromatographic method to determine α-linolenic acid in linseed oil was researched. The samples were first methyl-esterized, then HPLC was carried out on C18 column at 30 ℃ based on the application of methanol/water （90/10） ms mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the injection volume was 10 μL and the detection wavelength was 207 nm. When using the external standard quantitative analysis, the calibration curve for the content of α-linolenic acid showed good linear relationship with the concentration rang of 0.1-62.5 μg/mL. The recovery rate of the method was 92.74%-100.03%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.11%-3.58%, it could meet the requirements of correlation analysis and determination.
