适应拔尖人才培养 探讨农业院校基础实验教学改革

摘　　要：为了适应农业院校拔尖创新人才的培养,坚持以学生为本的教学思想,结合基础实验的特点,围绕以学生为主体的基础实验教学方法、个性化培养实验教学方式、现代信息技术应用于基础实验教学、基础实验授课教师实行高端化等4个方面进行了改革的探索和实践。实践表明此改革有助于激发学生创新思维,培养创新意识,提升创新能力,对其他院校实验教学改革有一定的借鉴作用。In order to meet top-notch innovative personnel training of agricultural colleges and universities, the student-oriented teaching ideas are upheld in the basic experimental teaching reform. According to the characteristics of basic experiments, the teaching reform mainly focuses on the following four aspects： the student-centered experimental teaching mode, the personalized training experiments teaching mode, the applications of modern information technology in experimental teaching, and the instructors for high-end on the basic experiments. Practices show the reform contributed to stimulate innovative thinking, train the innovative consciousness and enhance the innovative capability of students. This article is helpful for the experimental teaching reform of the other universities.
