摘　　要：教育部为培养高等院校学生的工程素养、创新能力和人文素养,提出了"卓越工程师教育培养计划"。对于研究型大学,如何利用学校的强势学科和工程研究资源,突破和创新教学内容和方法,是一个重要的课题。分析了卓越工程师计划需要解决的具体问题,并以土木工程专业为例,提出了几种适合土木工程专业实验教学的教学方法。Program of ＂Excellent engineer training＂ was proposed by the Ministry of Education for the training of engineering accomplishment, innovation and humanities of university students. For research universities, it is an important subject that how to take advantages of the advanced disciplines and engineering research resources of the university,and also breakthrough and make innovations on teaching content and methods. Taking Civil Engineering specialty as an example, the specific problems for ＂Excellent engineer training program＂ are analyzed and several suitable methods for civil engineering experimental teaching are proposed.
