摘 要:教师心理契约是一种不明显的,隐含在教师内心深处的契约形式。它不像经济契约那样具有约束力,却可以直接对教师的工作态度和工作行为产生重要的影响,分析独立学院专职教师心理契约的特点,现状问题并给出针对性对策,呼吁在专职教师管理中构建和谐心理契约,弥补经济契约的不足,让学校管理者更好地了解专职教师心理的需求,有针对性地满足这一群体合理的需求,有效地提高教师工作的热情和积极性,增加他们对学院的忠诚度和满意度。Psychological contract is invisible ,hiding in the- teachers" inward .Though psychological contract does not have strong binding on teachers like economic contract, it directly influences the work attitude and behavior of teachers.The article analyses the characteristics of independent college full-time teachers" psychological contract, describes the problem of the current situation and offers corresponding countermeasures, in order to call for a harmonious psychological contract in the management of teachers, so as to supplement the shortage of the economic contract, let the school managers have a better understanding of the college full-time teachers" psychological needs, meet the reasonable needs of teachers , effectively improve teachers" working passion and enthusiasm and increase loyalty and satisfaction of college teachers.
