摘　　要：分析了传统的课程设置中存在的问题,开设了独立的分子与基因工程综合实验课,并从教学计划、教学方法、实验内容和考核方法四方面进行了一系列的改革。通过综合实验课教学,培养了学生的科研创新、独立分析问题和解决问题的能力,并取得了良好的教学效果。The problems existing in the traditional curriculum were analyzed in this paper. An independent comprehensive experimental course of molecular and genetic engineering was set up. A series of reform on the four aspects-teaching programs, teaching methods, experiment contents and assessment methods were carried out. Through comprehensive experiment teaching, the students＇ research and innovation ability, the ability to analyze and solve problems independently were cultivated. Good teaching effect was achieved.
