摘　　要：应用权函数的方法及参量化思想,引入独立参数及两对共轭指数,建立一个具有最佳常数因子的、半离散且单调递减齐次核逆向的Hilbert型不等式及其等价式,并同时考虑了0<p<1与p<0两种不同的情况.By using the way of weight functions and the idea of introducing parameters, we obtain a half-discrete reverse Hilbert-type inequality and its equivalent forms with a monotone decreasing homogeneous kernel and a best constant factor by introducing an in- dependent parameter and two pairs of conjugate exponents. Moreover, we also consider two cases of0〈p〈 1andp〈0.
