摘  要:教师主观幸福感影响着学校的发展,更影响着学生的成长成才。对高职教师进行主观幸福感的现状调查及策略的研究,在我国高职教育高速发展和变革的重要阶段,具有重要意义。通过调查问卷法对浙江省部分高职院校教师进行抽样调查,经过分析得出结论:高职教师的主观幸福感在性别、年龄、教龄、职务、职称上没有明显差异,工作上的成就和认同是影响主观幸福感的最主要因素。因此可通过合理地提高福利待遇、优化办公环境、提供良好机会、增强健康心理理念来提升高职教师主观幸福感。Higher vocational teachers’ subjective sense of happiness influences the school development. Research into the current state of higher vocational teachers’ subjective sense of happiness and strategies is of great significance at the stage of higher vocational education’s fast development and reform. Through questionnaire survey of some higher vocational college teachers in Zhejiang Province and analysis,this study reaches the conclusion that there is not significant difference of higher vocational teachers’ subjective sense of happiness in terms of gender,age,period of teaching career,position,and rank,with work achievement and recognition as the most important factors influencing teachers’ subjective sense of happiness. Therefore,higher vocational teachers’ subjective sense of happi-ness can be strengthened by rationally improving their welfare,working conditions,providing good opportunities and elevating their healthy psychological concept.
