摘 要:车轮定位参数是影响悬架性能的重要因素之一,悬架性能对整车操纵稳定性产生直接的影响.提出了一种基于车轮外倾角与前束角运动学匹配的悬架优化设计方法,利用多体动力学软件ADAMS对某越野汽车悬架进行优化设计,并利用整车虚拟样机进行操纵稳定性仿真试验.结果表明:悬架优化后的车身侧倾角和横摆角速度有明显的下降.因此,合理的车轮外倾角与前束角运动学匹配可以提高整车操纵稳定性.Wheel alignment parameters have an important influence on the suspension performance,and the performance of suspension also has a direct effect on the handling stability of a vehicle. An optimization method of suspension is put forward based on kinematics matching between the camber and the toe-in angle. An optimal design of the suspension for an off-road vehicle is carried out by using ADAMS. A simulation test of its handling stability is completed on its virtual prototype of the vehicle.The results show that the roll angle of the body and the yaw rate of the vehicle decreased obviously after optimization,and that the reasonable matching in kinematics of the camber and the toe-in angle is helpful to improve the handling stability of the vehicle.
