摘　　要：论述了物理实验在高校人才培养中的重要地位,分析了物理实验在推进层次化教学改革中各层次的作用和目标,提出了层次化教学模式在创新才培养过程中的良性运作思路。It discussed the great significance of physics experiments in cultivating the talents of students in colleges and universities, analyzed the role and goals of physical experiments in promoting the hierarchical teaching reform of all levels, and advanced some positive ideas and suggestions of hierarchical teaching mode in the process of cultivating innovative talents.
